Jingzhou-based silicon manufacturer Bao Li Duo plans to begin construction in a polysilicon project with annual production capacity of 5000 tons in Jingzhou, Hubei province, reports In-en.com. Bao Li Duo invested RMB 3 billion in the project, said the report.
